Not all women flip out or act any different that time month or not. Some men have worse mood swings then women like said that's an everyday thing. Depends on person. Or sometimes its person or people round them that set/push the mood swinging.

@RussellB: Jmo but think men are programmed early in life by things they are told or hear others say. yes there are some women that turn into ?. But men&women also use it as excuse. Have a problem blame it most be that time month.
