Well I use them now. Had to prove I needed them and I've sure paid enough into it over the years. In another month I won't need them anymore and they go bye bye... Hard to really judge 'til you've been in someone's shoes... I do know I'd rather my tax dollars feed a hungry kid than go to a 900 million dollar stealth bomber when a good ole B-52 still does the job just fine and dandy.

@RussellB: I totally understand....my concern is with those that have made it a lifestyle and keep on having kids despite their situation.....the checks and balances just arent there...or rather, no one will implement them.....whats really disturbing is that there are now generations of kids whos PARENT didnt teach them abt how to get a job or do good in school....but taught them how to apply for goverment aid instead.

i agree.. Ppl r way to quick to judge and not knw what some1 is goin thru.. In this day and time, even hard workn ppl that work and try their best still need help every once in awhile.. Gettn assistance doesnt make u any less of a person. Just means u need help at that particular time.. Yes ive seen ppl that misuse them which makes it harder on the ones who rly need the help. Js.
