Hi Folks, it's been about 10 days since the latest improvements to the Verification Pic process that I posted about above were implemented.

Could I please get some feedback from you guys on whether things have improved or not? The metrics I'm looking for are: 1) Time it takes to get Verified, 2) Number of Pics in the Verification Queue, 3) Proportion of Verification Pics done properly in the Verification Queue, and 4) Number of Complaints about the Verification Process.

I'm not looking for exact answers, just a the general gist on all 4 metrics above. Please share your experiences regarding any (or all) of the above so I can see whether more improvements are needed at this time or if it's good for now. The more details you can provide, the better.

Thanks!

@Andres: I myself, receive very few to verify. But most of the ones I do receive are to me not passable, some don't have a coded picture & the ones that do I either can not read the code clearly or the 2 pictures don't seem to match or I can't see the user's face cause it's too dark or it's taken too far away to see the person. But I do have a question, what is the difference between "No, something's wrong" & "I can't tell"? What I mean is do they go to different process if I say No, something's wrong as opposed to I can't tell? Just wondering how the whole process works. Thanks

1) Time it takes to get Verified, 2) Number of Pics in the Verification Queue, 3) Proportion of Verification Pics done properly in the Verification Queue, and 4) Number of Complaints about the Verification Process.
1) the guys seem to say at least a week, and women within hours
2) anywhere from 5-40 in a day
3) from what I see: 1 outta every 10 is fine, 1 outta every 5 is ALMOST okay -pic to blurry, words to small face not clearly visible- and the rest are a NO dead out. No code, no actual picture, wrong people, Photoshopped.
4) I have none really. I would like to have to say no less, but that's not your fault!

@Andres: Ive seen a number of complaints from men but the rest I cant help you on. I havnt received a pic to review in a couple weeks. I dont mind verifying men too if it will help speed things up.

@Andres: I noticed an improvement immediately. There are still a few that don't even try to follow the rules.but that's expected. Don't think I've had more then 40 at a time as stated above. I've noticed guys are verified within 1-2 days instead of 5-6. Not as many complaints...that's been down tremendously
