Don't feel bad, your not the only one having phone problems. Mine does the same thing, or kick me off. Maybe one day they'll make a phone that'll work the way you want.
A 400 Bad Request error is when "The Web server (running the Web site) thinks that the data stream sent by the client (e.g. your Web browser) was 'malformed' i.e. did not respect the HTTP protocol completely. So the Web server was unable to understand the request and process it."
In other words, your mobile phone was sending a bad request, which the Server could not understand. Now, why your mobile phone was sending a bad request, I have no idea, but if you ask him nicely, he might tell you or at least not do it again. ;)

What mobile phone make and model do you have? Also, does this happen often or was it a one-time thing?

It rarely happens but before , after clearing the cache and cookies then restarting it function normally again, earlier wasn't and I'm about to throw my phone out my window :D

Let's see if anyone else with this phone reports this issue. In the meantime, it seems like you've found a solution for when it happens, just clear the cache and cookies and you should be good to go.
A newer, more advanced mobile phone will probably give you less issues, but with the quick fix above, it doesn't seem like you really need a new mobile.
