On morning walk (by Ravi1990)
Today i am on morning walk after a long time ago. Feeling nice.
@Ravi1990: hmmm, that has a special healing effect on the mind. If only our leaders started every day with a walk,in touch with nature and the earth,the world would b a better place
Right morning walk is good for health. But today young generation used to sleep late night and wake about mid day. Which is not good for health as well as for our next generation.
@Ravi1990: I did a good warm up and some kicks this morning. Still far from doing some combination kicks again though =X Just need to focus on getting back in shape :)

@Nhina: Shape doesn't matter. You should be physically fit. Shape is not everything. Just keep yourself physically and mentally strong and healthy and active . According to me thats called fitness.
