They say don't judge a book by its cover but if u don't care enough to take care of the outside of the book what do u think the inside is going to look like. Example...if someone has convinced themselves they are ugly, they are gonna let themselves go...therefore will be ugly on the outside...low self esteem...no motivation, so their inside will be just as ugly with depression. If u feel good about ur appearance u feel good about urself and that will shine thru for the world to see
