Baby daddy got locked up his child support is due in three days and he had my son in the car he crashed cuz he was drunk and high now they wont let me get my son back till next week and wont tell me why what do i do

@hizgirl: if you can afford a lawyer, get one. If not, you need to call up the child protective services in your state and demand your child back. Don't stop calling them. If they won't capitulate, call your state representative and ask for help. You can also try to look for legal aid to get your kid back. Whatever you do, don't just let them take your child without a fight. I would be threatening a a lawsuit for violating your parental rights if they will not either give him back to you or tell you what probable cause they have to keep him.

Im sorry to hear that but he sounds highly irresponsible what would possess a guy to drive drunk with a young child in the car sounds like you might want to change the visitation agreement to supervised visits

Workin on it all done called my lawyer go in first thing in the morning and filing
