These two magic words LOVE & TRUST can never be proven by words , only through actions and time ..

@Crady: very simple , if you love a person , you DO things that makes her/him happy & worthy . You HELP her/him become a productive person , on the other hand , TRUST can be proven and can be earned through DOING the things that does not involve cheating & lying...

@Rainbowbutterfly1: What can I do? I loosed my trust for ladies when she lied to me. Now I don't trust any lady but I would love to, how can I trust again?

Change your perceptions of generalizing ladies ...
trust has to be earned. But you need to give the other person a chance to earn it like you will need to earn their trust. Its done with honesty and actions. To earn someones trust be truthfull with them and when you say you will do something actually do it.
I trust everyone till given a reason not to....love has to be earned in my book. But without love in ur heart u can never trust
