Yes its a neccessity. You lose trust when one lies or brings suspicion to a relationship....cheating will lose trust

@Crady: yes its necessary but I know its difficult to do it specially for a long distance relationship but I think you have to try to trust someone if you really want a relationship goes well or you can loose it

without trust in a relationship there can be no growth. trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. but be sure that if you lord your trust that it is for the right reasons. suspicion can not be the right reason. suspicion is often wrong. but sometimes it is true. weather or not it is worth losing is up to the individual in my opinion.

Thanks you all. I lost myself by a player and ever since I've never regained myself to trust any lady that falls for me cos I feel I might get hurt or she'll play me; am a melancholy. All the ladies that fall for me sometimes behave like the player and a very, very hurt. It's 2-3yrs now. Don't know what to do. Many ladies has fallen for me but tell them no, cos am scared. Hmmm...

"No trust, no relationship!" Naturally a party loses trust for the other party when the other party is no longer trustworthy.

Yes it is. But trust also needs to be earned and its very easy to lose. You could lose it by lying, cheating, with holding infomation.
We all have walls up because we have all been hurt but don't worry you will find somebody who will work on earning your trust and take your wall down one brick at a time. That's why its important not to rush into a relationship

When the RIGHT person comes, you will learn to love and trust again.
