aren't u the same one that said people didn't decide the portion a restaurants can give out...it was the LAW....that SAME LAW passed the when and where a smoker can smoke. Stop going around in circles to be right. People make the LAW doesn't mean they believe it or obid by it....surgeons tell u not to smoke but smoke 2 packs a day themselves

Yes i agree with venting about having to go outside but i also agree with the nonsmokers i dont smoke around my children, in my house or anywheres im not suppose to even when we was able to smoke in resturants i wouldnt just out of respect...

I will use small words Brite so u don't feel like I am talking in circles around you. An idividual that is not hungry doesn't have the choice what portion they will consume at a restaurant anymore because LAWmakers (as in persons elected to pass laws) make that choice for all individuals whether they are hungry or not! I am offended that we (inviduals) are allowing our personal choices to be mandated by law thus taking away our individual rights and responsibilities to make our own choices! Some laws are necessary for the rights of the whole instead of the rights of an idividual, where does that line get drawn? Clearer?

I don't either Lace....it is a matter of respect as is so many other choices that we as individuals make...we shouldn't be so complacent about allowing Laws to mandate those very choices.

Smokers aren't allowed in public buildings, that is for the good of society, taking away a smokers right to smoke outside is not.
