Ive had it... Starbucks is now on my ban list for good (smoking bans) (by FunkThis)
@FunkThis: That's a lil harsh demanding ALL customers sit INSIDE for clean air. We all have the right to sit anywhere and should be able to enjoy our lunch in fresh air outside if we so choose to
25 ft ban is b s cuz i could be walkin by smoking and git penalized for it and some starbucks are right next to other businesses
I think y'all can NOT smoke for 6 seconds to get outside the 25 feet ban....come on its not the end of the world.
And we have the right to smoke and shouldnt be treated like 2nd class citizens because of it. I personally dont care what other people think because I smoke. For the most part we gave ito the ban when it even affected bars and go outside to smoke Im tired of these SOB's an inch and them taking a mile. Smokers have been the nice ones thrughout this whole time but its time to start fighting back. We have rights too and Im not sitting still anymore to get run over.
We ALL have the right to sit outside and enjoy...that mears ALL...and many more kids are allergic to nut with a much deadlier outcome...shld all businesses that deal in nuts have to stop? Inside is enuff of a ban...you cld move the 25 feet just as well as a smoker cld... Where does the line get drawn to protect individual rights over public rights? It still enraged me to hear bans on portion sizes in some cities! Geezz! Where is the individual responsibility?

I don't think choosing not to harm oneself with smoke should rely on someone else. I as AN INDIVIDUAL choose not to smoke....I shouldn't be forced to inhale another individuals smoke just cause THEY choose to harm their body. jmo
Good luck on that fight tho Gary...I'm sure u will make it to the supreme court with that
@briteeyes I dont need to make it to any supreme court. Just a few people can and will make a difference....but thanks for your input and have a nice day
