I buy my tobacco in bags by the pound too, here, it's anywhere from 14 to 20 dollars for a pound. I can't roll em either, so I buy the empty filtered tubes, and have got the little machine that fills them. can't tell the difference between mine and store bought. I've got an electric cigarette also, which takes care of the nicotine craving, but doesn't really taste like a smoke and the cartridges, which last me about 1 day are 10 bucks for 3, so filling tubes is the cheapest, most satisfying way to go for me. oh, and the empty tubes cost 1¢ each, a box of 250 is around $2.50
