Which is why I don't normally take action with just a single Report. But if no one Reports, then I'll never find out. If the Report is serious, then even if I just receive one, I might investigate it. But I don't blindly ban users based on a single report.

The truth is, for a while now we've been receiving way more reports than we can handle, so I'm actually revamping the entire Reporting system to make it a lot more efficient. When this new version is eventually implemented, we won't even be advised of a Report until a user has received at least 2 Reports from 2 different users. That way I won't have to waste time investigating petty Reports, and can focus on the ones that are real (at the cost of potentially delaying action on single Reports of a real issue). I might even include a "smart system" that takes into account how long the user doing the Reporting has been a member, whether they have a Verified Pic, and how high their Karma is, in order to bring their Reports immediately to my attention since there is a high probability their Reports are legit.

Her name is Rose Collins. She actually stole a page from the movie 3 Kings & tried to say she had cash & gold from a Taliban raid!

As for your "smart system" upgrade, it won't solve a damn thing for the simple reason that the data used is derived from a flawed & biased system that plays favorites. Your proposed "solution" is just more site administrative encouraged prejudice against non premium membess like me.

No, we're behind on Reported users as mentioned above, although the Phone Verification requirement probably already took care of that scammer (as it did most).

Please don't throw out empty accusations without backing it up with specific examples. How is our System biased? Please give concrete examples because your tone suggests you have an axe to grind.

Unfortunately, due to the sheer number of scammers from Africa trying to scam users outside of Africa, users from Africa are now only allowed to contact other users from Africa.

I know it sucks for those of you that are legitimate users from Africa, but I'm trying to make the site as safe as possible for everyone and this is an unfortunate requirement I've been forced to add.

You can still use the Forums to openly communicate with users outside of Africa.

sorry about that. Gold diggers make it difficult for people who are honestly looking for love to do so. In the end people become cautious and can't relate normally even with the right people

it is unfortunate that we Africans always turn out to be the "gold diggers" however it is not fair some of us who are actually being fair. Some of us are really great people and we feel bad that we are denied the chance to true love.
