Thread: What is your breakfast of choice?

My only morning essential is coffee, but for breakfast food I do like grits, waffles, johnny cakes, biscuits with cream gravy, toast with apple butter, eggs, salads, congee with mushrooms(my fav!), or even a nice hot bowl of steamed rice and a home-made bao. Damn, now I am getting hungry!

what is congee and homemade bao?
