(Admin)Thanks for letting me know, it's probably related to our Database move yesterday since it was working fine before then. I'll report back when it's fixed.
That was a tough one to track down, but I got it!

@Andres: I think I'm having the same problem with my verification picture. I have tried uploading a new one 3 times but it still says I failed at the top of my page
