I dont do that either rarely do I put up a thread about something that happen in my past.. And it was only a convo starter.. Just saying
my dad forced my religon on me, and that is one of the many reasons i dont like my childhood. but it did make me who i am now
Your grandmother did a horrible job convincing you. Plain and simple. As far what you were supposed to be well whos to say that being forced to go to her church didn't help you? There are far worse forms of torture.
When I was a kid, my parents didn't go to church but my dad read the bible to himself every night he came home from work. I began church hopping at the age of 16 & didn't find one I liked till I was 21 but only because I became friends with the Pastor first.
Oh I forgot to mention that the Pastor never mentioned anything about religon unless I asked first, which was cool cause I got to know him as a person instead of a church leader. He showed me he was human, makes mistakes & yes he admitted he still commits sin himself just like everybody else.
@WalkSoftly1: mmmm the force is weak with this padwan which one light or darkside lol
