(54 / F-M / California)I would come out with the truth. rhey use electricity and water and sewage and garbage. That they need to split and help out or you can't have them anymore and when you do this make sure that you evictthem properly if they misuse your friendship.
@Sammy2: tell them there aint no free lunch and their gunna haveta pull their weight or hit the rd but do it a little more tactfully maybe start by turning off the elec and dishing up cold beans and see if they get the hint
