Landlady evicts after being one day late on rent wtf! (by boundbyhonor)
yes we are taking her to court. we paid on time for 17 months straight. can't believe she got angered over a day 
the bi-laws state that all tenants have 2 weeks to pay off their rent. so i know we have a case and we will win!
Dang that's bad man. What happened to the at least 30 days notice? Did you have a written lease agreement? Seems you have an open & shut case.
we're the only tenants to not have gone to jail. maybe she only associates with criminals 
we weren't on a lease. it use to be 30 days. she changed it to 2 weeks. now she wants it on time
