Need some advice.... (by CookieRaider)

Okay so last night out of no where wes said, "if you get pregnant with our kids you aint working". As all know I'm studying to be a midwife. Midwifes work while pregnant cause one delievered me. Im sitting here think why would you want me to quit my career for 9 freaking months?? Its not like ill br surrounded by doctors at work.. I mean seriously.. And doctors want you to exercise and when I told him thag.. He said...,"you can use a treadmill".. Im thinking wtf?? I aint gonna be fat, pregnant and lazy.. Im just a little fuzzled.. I know he means well bit he aint thinking.. Im gonna be working with and around doctors..

Most guys are like that. I was a total spazz. Would want to get up to get her everything!! She finally put me in my place, or I would have really kept doing it.

Still puzzles me.. Why would you want someone to not work for 9 months and they work around doctors.. Baby doctors at that

who can say what will happen, but i would explain that you will chose to do what is best for the baby and you will only stop working if it is for your or the baby's well being, then remind him pregnant women work all the time...i think some men think the moment a woman gets pregnant she becomes an invalid. dont know where they get these ideas.lol

@CookieRaider: girl- he loves you- & he loves that child. he is just wants to be protective of his child as it grows inside you. he has fears of you ouer-doing it & losing that child that he wants you to have. talk to him about his fears . .
