@WalkSoftly1: We have not planted anything yet due to the weather, too much rain. Fields get dried enough to plant & it begins to rain again. Such is the life of a farmer.

@Martian: I hear that...and when it ever decides to quit rainin...it quits for way too long it seems.

@WalkSoftly1: Yes that's the way it goes. It's either too wet or too dry. The family who owns the land, installed another new well, which is the 2nd one in two yrs.

@Martian: What happens, they run dry on ya'll?

@WalkSoftly1: No, with the 2 new wells, we should be able to water twice as much as we were 2 yrs ago.

@Martian: Ohhhhh I see now...read tht earlier post wrong. Well I wish ya'll good luck this year...and wish you wld re-think this thread....bet a lot of people wld enjoy readin abt your day...its kinda like an on going book.
