Early Morning Problems (by BeautifullyBrokenn91)
(33 / F-M / Tennessee)Well i woke up...made coffee...& now im back in the bed lol Morning Sickness is kicking my booty. Just the smell of coffee bout made me sick. Ugh. Now decision time...To go back to sleep or stay awake ? Hmmm......My bed is soo comfy though lol
i can't but it doesn't mean i can't get up and fix coffee for the other people i live with
Going back to bed makes you lazy. At least back up for a few mpre hours & stay as active as you can. It will help when labor comes. Take my word on that!
Also, Ive had 3 kids and never ONCE was I told I couldn't drink coffee. Coffee is caffiene, you are not suppose to have an over abundance of coffiene while Pregnant, 1 cup a day wont hurt, just like 1 glass of wine wont hurt.
I had morning sickness so bad when I was pregnant with my daughter. When she was been I weighted less than when I got pregnant. Just the smell of cereal would make me sick
Why does everyone pick at the negatives of my comments. Did I say YOU ARE LAZY. No, I said going back to bed makes you lazy & then I explained why you should stay active.
