Marriage is the ideal situation for kids. But not all women want to be married. You should tell the father as soon as possible . Having kids is a blessing . .Married or not if the woman wants kids then she should have kids .

Im askin al this coz sm gents cn make it an issue if u didn't tell him 4 the very 1st month,sm end up refusing 2 take rsponsibility only coz u told him after 2-3 months that u pregnant
