Guess I view it this way::: when he's sitting there texting me (or her, who knows) asking me for pictures, and videos of my son. I don't want those on her phone. Those do not pertain to her in any way.

I think ur focusing on who's phone it belongs to way to much. If he wants pics of his son, send them...its about him not the person the phone belongs too. And if she is in the fathers life, ur son does and will pertain to her, u cant keep every gf he has away. The father is still his parent to. Im sure u dont wanna be one of those mothers that keeps their kids away because of jealousy towards the new gf and thats what this sounds like.

Make it easy on yourself and go through the courts....set up child support and some type of supervised visitation to begin with. As much as you probably dislike him, think of down the road for your son and him wanting to know his father...just my two cents.
