So my child's father has not been involved since day one. He recently has decided on my son's first birthday that he wanted to be an active father, and get to know my son. My son's father calls me from his girlfriends phone, and if I need to contact him, I can only contact her to get in contact with him. Yesterday I told him I will not respond to her number, she is not the father of my child. And that I need a number for HIM to get in contact with...I don't want the games. Was that wrong of me?? Just want some opinions on what others views are.

No.u were right...the baby is his not hers...she has no right to get involved. If he wants to be an active father then he needs to keep her out of it

I think he can make the effort to call you. Not her. I think as long as you have a number to get in contact w/ him it shouldn't matter whos it is be it his or hers. Just hope for your childs sake his father is honest in wanting to be in his life & quit w/ the other stuff that to him (& probably her) seens controlling & totally dramatic

If he doesnt have a phone then having any # should be acceptable. Atleast he is making an effort. Dont punish the child cuz of another woman, he will resent u later in life for it. U need to be a mother...not an ex

I don't think it matters even if he does have a phone. If hes not giving his number only his girlfriends then you can laugh because you know the girlfriends a controlling bitch & he is miserable & being an ex thats f*cking hilarious. Get my point?
