Someone messaged me but i can not respond to them because of their contact restrictions. any ideas?

@Onemann2know: all it says it "Sorry, but you do not meet this user's Contact Restrictions. Send them a Gift instead, which automatically overrides their Contact Restrictions."

Sending a gift will also override it..if the user is premium than you cannot override

Or just make a post with his screen name as the title

@Onemann2know: my pic was verified before, i just uploaded a more resent one so it has to be verified too now. but ... if some one messages you shouldnt that override their own restrictions? right after i changed my picture i could not message a few of my friends but it told me that the restriction was that i needed my pic verified.
