If they delete their account and create a new one, simply Dump their new account. That's the equivalent of deleting them from the site as far as you are concerned and they won't even know you Dumped them (unless they're Premium).

Now, if they have multiple accounts at the same time, then report them and we'll ban all their accounts.

ya but I've gotten fakes that upgraded to premium so they can override your restrictions. That is a problem.
