First! I am assuming your grandmother is a strong woman, because if she wasnt you wouldnt love her so much, which means in turn she has bred into you the strength she has carried for many year. So though it may be hard to deal with, you CAN be strong enough. I am hoping your grandmother have many years ahead of her I hope she doesn't live them in pain. You are strong enough!

I've been in a similar situation, and it is only natural to want to hold on to the ones you love, but please keep in mind that the quality of your loved one's life is far more important than the quantity. Your grandmother is lucky to have a caring person like you in her life, and you are lucky to have been raised by a strong woman. She will always live on in you because of that, sweety.
