if mini-marts are open 365 days a year, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, Why do the doors have locks on them?

Wow, I believe Galager, or even George Carlin already had that one. But it is a thing to think of.

That's just in case you were looking suspicious an they thought the police needed to be called!! Then if they were going to nab yer they would lock you in!!! Otherwise it's doors all open an business as usual!!! lol

If there is a robbery they have to shut down the store for the police investigation.

Yeah but you might be really unlucky and just appen to look like someone who has a wanted mug shot!! An a case of mistaken identity!! Then they will nab you when your not looking and you can't even escape and run coz the doors are locked!!

From what I know about that, most mini-marts and grocery stores that are open like that get hit by robbery either in the early morning or late at night. There are cops placed at many of them, but not all of them and sometimes it's an inside job. One of my sisters worked at Winn-Dixie and it was hit a lot in the early hours of the morning. But, as long as they let me in and out of the store, I'm good lol
