i signed up AND PAID for my premium membership for a month and it never changed it! its still saying i need to sign up for it.

Are you sure you successfully completed the transaction and that you were charged?

I ask because we haven't received any confirmation that you paid or completed the transaction. If you did, then you should have received a receipt from our payment provider (Bango). Please let me know the transaction number on the receipt so I can follow up with them.

If you did not receive a receipt, then please check with your Credit Card company to see if you were actually charged. You probably weren't, so if that's the case, please go through the upgrade and payment process again and make sure you complete the transaction until the end and that it is confirmed.
