Arizona has;
1. The weather/climate. At 6,000 ft. where I am, we have 4 very mild seasons.
2. A fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
3. I'm not far from the Grand Canyon.
4. Beautiful high desert landscapes.
5. Famous gorgeous Sunsets.

I agree with all of those points, having lived there as a child.

every type of geological features you could want, access to culture venues, great international cuisine, good state parks and wildlife preserves and most importantly, no state income taxes!

Florida: Tropical weather, beautiful beaches, very industrious, senior friendly, and some very diversed cities.
