It seems like your membership is not cancelled, you are still yellow lol
It says it is idk maybe sense I paid for the month it ends at the end of the month.
wow well this will be interesting to find out. Good luck to u if i dont see u anymore before u delete
I'm very happy to hear you found someone so quickly as a Premium user. Congrats!
To answer your question, no, you do not need to wait for your Premium membership to expire in order to delete your account. We do, however, force you to cancel your Premium subscription before deleting your account to ensure you do not keep getting billed for renewals when you don't even have an account with us any more.
If you canceled it, then something obviously went wrong because you are still a Premium user. I just had a quick look and can see that your cancellation got as far as Bango, our billing provider, because you no longer have an active subscription with them and therefore won't be getting charged any renewals. So your cancellation worked up until that point (which is the important part), but something obviously went wrong between Bango cancelling your payment and us cancelling it on our end, and that's why you are unable to delete your account. Several users have canceled their Premium subscriptions without any issues and this is the first time there is an issue canceling, so please bear with me while I investigate what happened in this instance and fix it for you.
In the meantime, please let me know this: did you cancel your subscription by going to My Account -> My Subscription on Dating.mobi, or did you cancel it directly through Bango (either by calling them or going through bango.net)? If you canceled it through Bango rather than through us, then that might explain why we haven't canceled it on our end.
Please let me know so I can sort you out.

I canceled it through bango first then through here. On here I get the message that says you must first cancel your premiem membership . Then I go to cancel it and it says its already canceled have done the same thing a few times and always goes the same way.

OK, so that explains it, as suspected. Thanks for clarifying. When I integrated the payment system with the site, I did not consider the possibility of users canceling directly via Bango (instead of through our "My Subscription" page). so the system did not know how to interpret what you did, hence the hiccup. I'm going to fix that in case anyone else cancels directly with Bango in the future.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and manually removed your Premium access on our end so you can delete and live happily ever after. :)
