So ive heard a few of the ladies talkin about wantin to get in shape and get healthy. So what im gonna do is start up a biggest loser challenge over the next 3 months to start and if successful we.ll go longer. What ill provide you with is support, advice and any answers to questions you might have.

youre probably asking who i am to give you advice....i was almost 300 lbs and now im not. Ive lost that weight and got my life back to healthy. Not with any special excerise machines or meal plans on tv but simply watching what i eat, how much i eat, and excersize.

if you are down for the challenge let me know here and look for further instructions. We will start feb 1. Who will be the biggest loser?? -wink-
