Wow..what a question...lol... I personally am ok with it if it at the very beginning or at the very end when the flow is light.....during the 2nd and 3rd day when the flow is heavy...no way besides im usually in too much pain to do it during those day!
@JstBeinMe: i would agree but i have never had a "heavy flow" nor have i ever really cramped never taking midol or anything for cramps lol
