how would you deal with it? keep in mind that we're talking 8-12 years old.
my way is....
male: im bending his ass over and lightin him up! you aint too big for me to tan your hide!
female: im snatchin her up by her hair and puttin the fear of ME in her!
when i was growin up i got the back of my grammas hand for even thinkin of throwin a fit. or picked my own switch, met the legendary 6 holed paddle with my dads name engraved on it. (we have the same name). i don t condone violence.... however time out dont fly. my dad took time out of his busy day to whip my ass. ill be dammed if a child thinks they can control me and use cps as a weapon..... heres the phone.... call em while im lightin that ass up like the 4th of july!

cause this is what you want to promote over the internet.

There's a difference between discipline and punishment. I nanny for my godson who is 2years old. He has better behavior than most children across the board... without having to put my hands on him.

im talkin out of control, screaming and yelling, not one word makes a difference type of tantrum. i am not affraid to show that i am the parent. my kids are well behaved and i dont have to do anything but look at them when theyre acting up. if i have to be extreme to get my point accross then so be it. i will not allow a child to run my home. and thats nothing compared to what my punishments were.

@whoami: i spoil my kids when they deserve it.... but not to the point where they expect it.
