In any situation. relationships, friendship, meeting of strangers. . . how do you re-learn face-value trust? Since I've stepped away from my past, moved to a new city, new doctor, new church. new social groups. I've discovered that over the years I've developed a few quirks. Lacking in Face-valued trust being the most obvious. How does one overcome that?

Twoinchheels, hi girl :) I havent seen you in a while so I hope youve been doing good. How was your holiday? As for face-value.... I believe experience is meant to unveil us to what we did not know before. So once we do know, there's no re-veiling. We will always take a piece of that with us. I think we can learn a different way of trusting and applying face value though. We can adapt what we've learned from our past to affect our relationships either in a positive or negative way.

@Twoinchheels: Hi 2", I Know Exactly Where You Are Coming From. Trust Is A Very Sticky Thing. I Believe One Should Be Trusted Unless They Give You A Reason Not To, But Yes, It Is Totally Normal And Good To Be Guarded Until You Are Confident That Person Is Trustworthy. There's Just Too Many Kooks Out There. Be Safe, And Carry Mace!!! And By The Way, Love Your Call Name. Too Cute. Good Luck!!!

There's no crime in being vigilant! It is a big bad world! But a rich tapestry nevertheless!
