Who should be held accountable (by Aldo420)
Last week the lead singer for lamb of god was charged with manslaughter in prague czech republic for a incident in 2010 where a fan repeatedly rushed and was pushed away by randy on the final push the fan fell off the stage and latter went into a coma dieing a month latter the promoter admited lax security and improper barriers who should be held accountable
The fan....it is terrible what happened to him but he shouldn't have had to have security or a barrier to force him to exercise some self control.
If security was in place (regardless of effectiveness) the victim should be. Rushing someone can be see as an act of agression and more than likely that will be his defense. I wouldnt hold my breath on a guilty verdict.
That's what i thought there doesn't seem to be much personal accountability these days
My friend was sued and her insurance had to pay because a cpl of young men in their twenties trespassed thru a locked gate and one fell out of a tree on her land. Geeeez! Smdh!
the victim made his bed, now he has to sleep in it. Its sad he died, but look what happened to dimebag darrel. We lost the greatest guitar player of all time because of some crazed fan.
@JLaDawn: That's so insane.
And I have to agree with everyone. Fan should've been smart enough not to and it is sad to lose life. But he did it upon himself.
