Someone who rape (by Shaquille)
I wonder how they house rapist that rape men.In houston they had a serial rapist and he was raping men,and im not talking about raping small gay men.he was raping average joes in broad daylight in their own driveway. It happened back in 06 & 07.
I dont care rape is rape dont matter who rapes the girl but if its a fantasy the husband should get the consent from his wife no matter what he shouldnt just set it up and thinks its going to be ok with his wife
I think i read something about that. Hmmmm. . . I know in prison here, the A.B passed a prison rape elimination vote. So even if you rape someone IN PRISON your still gonna get treated the same as any other rapist.
@Dolphin1968: on one hand i'm inclined to agree with you. But on the other hand. . . If a woman PLAINLY SAYS she has a RAPE fetish. That means that she finds some sort of pleasure in being taken against her will. And therefore, the element of surprise is essential to that right there. Because no real rapist tells his victim the time and date he's planning on raping them. And rape fantasy/ role playing stuff is meant to be as real as possible. Thats what makes it fun. It's like acting out your darkest desires in a completely safe manner. Just always have an emergency "safety word" established between you, and if either partner says it at any point, all activity ceases immediately.
rape is rape. No, I don't think a rapist deserves lethal injection, or special housing even. They deserve gen pop, and they deserve exactly what they gave. There's no rehabilitation for sex offenders, most real ofenders go on to repeat... Having said that, we use the term sex offender too broadly. Does the 18 year old guy, just a kid really, deserve to have hus whole life ruined because he fell oin love with a 15 - 16 year old girl, and got her pregnant? Is he as bad a person as the 55 year old man feeling up little kids at the playground? Not eveclose, so why label him the same way?
The statutury rape law is definetly new.Not to long ago was it actually passed. And less than a century ago you had men marrying young girls.Im talking about 35yo marrying a 14yo.My greatgrandma married when she was 14yo to 35yo.And that happened throughout history, until they just not to long ago passed the statutoury rape law.
They even have in countrys of high cases of rape, condoms that have thumbprint indentation.basically its in a sleeve and well the woman is supposed to press her thumb, take the condom out and put the wrapper back in its sleeve.that way its a sign of consent.i guess that way the guy doesnt get accused of rape later on.
just wondering here...what if the woman is unable to give consent or say no? As in, if she is incapacitated in some way, like blacked out drunk, or otherwise not in possession of her senses?
@sarcastic great point I dont know, guess that just proves the makers of the condom didnt think so much on the true idea, merit, and worth of such a condom but more on the lines of getting a product out that can lower statistics.

Yes , as long as the justice system is fair & no biases between rich and poor ..
Way back in the 90's when death penalty was exercised in the Philippines , there were rapist who were executed but those are poor rapists who had no money to bribe and to had the best lawyer in the world to defend them while rich rapists who raped and killed women were only sentenced for life imprisonment and was been paroled after a decade .. Not fair though ..
Rapist must have no place in the world ...
