There are certain things which hinders our usual thinking i mean some sexual activity or other pleasure make u feel or go beyond limit,i need good suggestion hw to overcome these thinking coz i usually got attracted to such thngs n that makkes me feel guilty at last so hew to control such lushy feelings

I guess u might want to consider keeping urself busy lusty feelings comes when u are less busy. also u might have to review what u watch, read and the d friends u keep. I think if u are able to find the origin of this thought then will u be able to overcome, don't feel bad about it. it happens to almost everyone

lol, this thread is cute. Yes...it's not the end of the world unless it interferes all the time with work and other things necessary in life. It should be there to help motivate and make the body feel alive and healthy but never to replace the realer things :)
