Every time my friend tries to leave home screen,he`s logged out? (by BIGJ41)

My buddy sent me a text saying that every time they try 2 go from the home screen to send a msg or go to forum or ANYTHING it logs him out. Can anyone help? Does anyone know a solution? Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks.
