Not to steal James response but that's probably most romantic thing I did for an ex that went on long.

Her? I dunno. I am kinda easy to please. Probably be worrying about me when I was in hospital/staying up late to talk to me when I got out.

Well a few years ago i was in a really good mood so i decided to be spontaneous and buy my gf some chocolates and flowers but when i gave them to her she gave me this real suspicious look and said what the hell are you up to what are you trying to say sorry for lol . So suffice to say that was the last time i ever tried to be romantic with her lol . She's lucky to have me lmao

The nicest thing my bf gave me was a Michael Jackson picture for my wall. Last year, when he first heard my cell ring and the MJ song playing on it he was like, you like Michael Jackson huh? And, I said yes I looove him. That was pretty much the length of the conversation and was laughed off. At least I thought so. One day this year, we were just sitting outside and he was staring at me for a minute. I asked what and he pulled out the picture and handed it to me. I'll take a pic of it and place on my profile pics but omg the words on it.... I know my bf thought about it before he gave it to me. Very nice thing he did. As for what I do, I call in his meds for him when he runs out. I like that he trusts me to take care of something so important to him.
