Any advice on ways to not worry? (by Imjustannieboo)
Only way to get thru it, is to feel it, allow yourself to feel the hurt, the pain, the anger, whatever the negative emotion is, then cry a bucketful of tears. And believe me as the tears dry up and evaporate into the air, I promise you will feel relief. And if you somewhere deep inside Believe in God. Give Him your bucketful of tears, and you'll feel relieved a lot sooner. Ps. I say this bc I just cried a bucketful now, came onsite, and laughed at 2 jokes I just read. Be Well, God Bless!
@Imjustannieboo: I really like to help but iam not in the best shape myself , i worry alot lately! Talk to friends somebody who knows how to make you laugh and feel better, stay busy , do something fun take a nice long bath..helps me most the time! Hope you feel better soon.....and try not to sweat the small stuff ,i was told Lol
