Did anyone else know that 85% of vehicles on the road today have electronic recording devices(ERDs) otherwise known as black boxes, and that all vehicles made after 2013 will have them?

I heard their gonna run a hose up everybody's ass so they can charge a flatulants tax, your farts will be rated on the smell and speed scale... 1~10... 1 being not gag worthy and as slow as two old people f-ing and 10 being omfg what crawled up in you and died...warp speed captain lmao
