for me who havent experienced kissing its ok to ask some permission

Depends on the girl...i wud rather jus hv the surprise of him closing in for one. It shud jus hapn naturally...not planned.

i think its okey to steal a kiss or ask a permission to kiss :)

to get back on topic its ok to ask for a kiss but it depends on the girl and the situation sometimes its a situation where you just move in other times you ask or just state that "id really like to kiss you " and see how she responds it depends on the situation
