The worse that that could have happened, did. I wouldn't have imagined that my boyfriend would have ended our relationship. Why does this pain in my chest hurt more than I can stand? I thought he wa my everything. How does anyone endure this type of pain? Will this pain ever go away? How can anyone mend a painful broken heart?

unfortunatly the only thing that will help is time it sucks but all you can do is power on and keep looking till you find that one that blows your ex clear outa the water

yup all you can do is keep your head up and stay busy....this is a time for friends and family..and eventually the pain will stop...my girlfriend broke up with me in july..we were together 7 years...i was crushed, but now im better than ever!

There's not one thing wrong with you. I'm still going through it myself. Some nights/days are harder than others but eventually (as said above) you get passed it. Don't blame yourself for anything that happened because it only makes things worse. You're the stronger person for not giving up (he did) and the next man to come along in your life will be damn lucky

there is nothing wrong with you. my ex and i still live together (for a year now) after 6 years. we do this for the kids. it still hurts. i hate seein her date other guys. but life goes on and all i can do is be strong and endure. but im a strong man. (gotta be.) so just take it one day at a time.

You really dont deal with a broken heart, but you endure a broken heart as it deals with you. You will ask whats wrong with me, what did I do wrong, you will at fist disect your relationship trying to find answers that probably arent there but you still look while asking why. And you may never know other than it wasnt ment to be. As time goes on youll find days you didnt think of them, others its all you think about until one day that person is a memory. Until then, dont rush into another relationship to try to force away the pain. Its not fair to you and especially not fair to the other person. This is the time you lean on your friends and family. You dont have to tell them whats wrong but talking does help. Weve all been there sweetie, and none of us envy a broken heart but we all are here for you if you ever want to talk or even find a laugh. Keep your head up, you will one day find someone who will love you with the love you deserve. Youll meet them when you least expect it.
