Age
Maturity
Doesn't matter to me.
Little bit of both.

I would say both. I have a 19 year old daughter so ofcourse i cant bring home a 20 yr old for Thanksgiving dinner. To me dont matter how mature he was. I however do like younger men, i have an age limit but more importantly i have a maturity level i look for. So whether hes 28 and mature or 38 and a child, id go with the 28 yr old.

@JustMeAndYou77: I do agree with that. :) The same goes for everyone depending on what life has or has not already thrown at them. It's just reality. Only place where age will truely mean nothing is in a faerytale. I don't believe in faerytales.
lool yes. I love that and that's very true. I try not to knock it before I try it so this has been tried and proven in my life. I was with an 18 yr old man when I was about 21. Ug lol It had nothing to do with his maturity. It was definitely his age. I had spent two years in college, had a job, my own place and a car. He was just finishing highschool, just got his driving licenses about a year or so ago. All he wanted to do was "hang out" and thought he was suppose to still have girlfriends (you know, women who are his friend rofl). He was living with his mother and then with me and then...back with his mother cause I wasnt going to raise him lol His age simply limited him in his experiences and he responded to me as an 18 yr old guy

@JustMeAndYou77: Thank you. :) And I understand. I have lived on my own for 4 years. So, I am attracted to men who can stand on their own. Last time I dated in my own age group, I was told I needed to act my age. Not because I was being childish. But because, and I quote, "You seem so old." I laughed about it. :) I would rather be me than have to play dumb. That is why I tend to go for older guys. I am not the type for most young guys. I don't party or anything that goes along with that. I want some one to cuddle up to at night. Not have to tell "Go sleep it off." when they show up at midnight as if I am their parent.

well i definetly say maturity, cause ive dated women around my age time and time again, and well with maturity you can speak your mind and communicate better, dont mind a older independent woman but most are set in their ways, but id prefer a woman that realises its a team effort and their are times for dependability, and well missnicole for the animal instinct towards younger women, throughout history men have chosen younger women due to reproduction,an older woman around the same age as say a 40 yo man has a higher chance chance of delivering a baby with higher complications to put it nicely, and yes the wearing of the pants is somewhat correct cause in the not so far past,a man didnt have his career and house together till they were 35,my greatgrandmother married a 32 yr old man and she was only 14

@CGPhillips: :) Yes, I know. I just chose a very simple version of the explaination. I cannot stand typing in short text myself. This makes typing long explainations slightly difficult. So, I try for the simplest form of what I am trying to say. Thank you, though. What you added is very true and worth knowing. :)

My first was older than me and he was immature but at his age, he dealt with things and handled sexuality differently such as the cuddling (which I also like...so warm and good smelling lol). The 18 yr old was like, CUDDLE? Men do that???lol

@JustMeAndYou77: Exactly. :) I just do not mesh well with guys my own age. Some times I wish I could because many times the guys I get along with only see the number of years I have lived. But I am just going to keep hope that I can find some one with a personality that can match my own closely enough. :) Positive attitudes can get you far.

@THEOneRomeoCowboy: :) Yes, I am 19. My family just says I was born in the wrong time.
I've been told that before all my friends and family say i could've been born in the late 1800's - the mid 1950's lol because of my outlook on life it's self loyalty honesty faithfulness and respect towards the one(s) you love and care for and me beliving it's the man's job to provide and care for his wife and kids who else here agrees with me ?
