Tinman i will use me as an example, if u dump me, yes u can still see my profile, u can still see where i post in the forums but u will not be able to read what i say, i can msg u and wink but u will not get them unless u undump me. But as far as the orginal ques...yes u can still see their profile

Don't forget the person you dumped can still see your posts even tho you can't see theirs, so get ready to hear from others that user may be saying things about you behind your back.

The only thing to add to this is that although you can still see a dumped user's profile if you go to it directly, you will never see them in any search results.
