Yeah, I think it will remove a lot of uncertainty and save users a lot time spent wondering why they may not have heard back from someone. Have you seen how private messages are displayed now when you open them and have been exchanging several messages with someone? That added context should save you a lot of time as well, while reminding you of who each person is.

Not just yet. Although that feature is built and ready to go, I'm just waiting for more users to go Premium before opening up the flood gates for it. I think this feature will be important not just to give Premium Members more exposure, but also to help Premium users connect with each other since, all else being equal, Premium Members tend to be more serious about finding someone, and therefore a good match for each other on that basis alone.

Yes, absolutely! One of the major purposes of the Premium version is to give you a lot more exposure on the site, and part of that additional exposure is letting everyone see your additional pics, status messages, and blog posts. Even better, your status messages actually appear on your profile listing in search results, so users can immediately see your latest thoughts and mood before even clicking to view your profile. The purpose of that is to make your search listing more robust, and therefore attract more views. This is complemented by the fact that your profile listing also appears highlighted in yellow in search results, so that people's eyes are immediately drawn to it.

i tried to get the premium package and it tells me my email is invalid. And i was on my email today so its all right and working fine.

You shouldn't need your e-mail to complete the payment, only your Credit Card info. Can you please describe in step-by-step detail what you did and where it said your e-mail is invalid?

Also, please make sure you are connecting via your mobile data plan (not WiFi) and that you aren't using a browser that uses a proxy (such as Opera Mini), otherwise it might make the payment process a bit more complicated since Bango (our payment processor) won't be able to automatically recognize you.

im not exactly sure what my phone has its a lg800g.
When i go into get the premium i choose the 9.99 for the month it goes to where its says to where you add it to you phone bill then shows the credit debit cards and then subscribe. When i hit subscribe it goes to where i give my email to receive receipts and thats as far as i get.

OK, so on the Bango payment page you've selected to pay by Credit Card, you've entered your Credit Card details, and in the optional part where it asks for an e-mail address to send you the receipt, it's saying the e-mail is invalid after you click to pay? Is that correct?

If so, have you double-checked to make sure you entered your e-mail address correctly? If so, have you tried a different e-mail address? If so, have you tried not entering an e-mail address?

Question. What happens to the pic? it doesnt look any different when a premium member clicked it. . .

Clicking on any profile pic as a Premium member will show you a high-resolution version of that image. So it's not that the image looks "different", it's that the image has a lot more detail since it's much bigger. Take yours, for example. Your profile pic is 157 x 210 pixels (32,970 total pixels). However, when a Premium member clicks on it, they see a version that is 480 x 640 (307,200 total pixels). That's 10 times more details! To give you an idea of how big that difference is, take your necklace for example. In your regular profile pic, it's hard to make out what the pendant is. But in the Premium high-res version, you can clearly tell it's a transparent heart with an "X" on it. It's like switching from standard definition to high-definition TV. The difference is huge.

It tells me to select payment and i do and it doesnt allow me to put anything in it goes strait to the email info. I tried to put nothing and i even used my sons which it tells me its invalid and when i dont put anything its tells me to enter a email.

It asked for my e-mail first thing. U put ur name in top box then y.ahoo or g.mail or whatever.com in the bottom box, worked fne for me no troubles. Make sure to cap and lower case where needed
