as i was walking through a deep, thick forrest, i stumbled across a clearing surrounded by an unscaleable gate. in the center was a pedistal underneath a very old weeping willow tree. i noticed a shadowy figure staring at me from the pedistal. slowly, i walked the length of the gate until i reached the entrance, running my fingers along the bars as i walked. i found a large lock on the gate doors, and noticed the figure had stepped out of shade of the weeping willow and was coming toward me. as it got closer to me and into the sunlight, it was clear to see that it was you, staring back at me. "are you worthy?" you asked, caressing a strange pendant on your necklace. i stood there, gazing. "ill ask again, are you worthy?" as you removed the pendant. i saw that it was no pendant, but an old key. "if you are, then take this. open the lock to prove yourself." you handed it to me through the bars, and i gently removed it from your hand. i could see by your expression that you knew i would fail. i reached into my pocket and drew out a key of my own. "whats this?" you asked, a concerned look on your face. i held the two keys in my hands, and with a shout from you, i slammed them together. a bright golden light emanated from my hands, now gripping eachother tightly. as the light faded, a puzzled look was clear on your face. i opened them, revealing a single key made of gold. i placed the newly formed key in the lock and turned. the lock opened, falling to the ground, and rhe gates swung inward. you approached me with an inviting smile and wrapped your arms around me. leaning in, you whispered into my ear, "this prison is of my own design. my key would not have worked, for it is not mine, it is yours. the key you held was not yours, but mine." as we walked to the tree and sat on the pedistal, you said softly, " when two hearts are combined, they become one with eachother. these keys were just that. now our hearts are joined as one." your lips met mine, and the gates of your self made prison crumbled and fell.

Yes and I am a reader....thousands of books...I would purchase anything you wrote...I must admit I am dying to edit it for punctuation and sentence structure tho :-P

@JLaDawn: lmbo. yeah, my punctuation skills arent what they used to be. i stopped writing because my ex never wanted them. she would say, "its a waste of my time to read that crap." so for 6 years i just stopped.

Paul, Baby, write for yourself and dont care what anyone else thinks....how does it make YOU feel when you write and read what you wrote? THAT is the important question! And if someone else likes it it is just a bonus....just my opinion tho....
