Hope this one works...

Here is a remedy for you. Grand the carrots to get nectar and then take milk in the same amount and pace this mixture on face. After 10 minute wash face with cool water. Repeat it twice or thrice in a week, and check freshness on the face skin.

Yes, my sisters and I suffer from terrible skin dryness, irritation and blotchiness...eczema is our enemy. My sister's hands get it the worse. My neck and breast areas get it the same. My sister relies on hydrocortisone cream for her hands. It does help especially in the winter when cracking and peeling happens. I can only use dial as it doesnt leave residue and then I mix baby oil or another nice oil with coco butter lotion. It's the only soothing and thickest lotion that doesnt leave me feeling greasy. This works well for me. We have also visited a dermatologist who advised us not to bathe in hot water-ever. It should be lukewarm to cool, not cold. Hot water severely dries the skin out. Soaps (unless Dove, Caress, those brands) arent good either but if you have one you like and it doesnt irritate, be sure you constantly back it up with everything else to restore its health and keep your skin happy :)

Ahh, I forgot to mention that I also asked the dermatologist about Vitamin E lotions and mineral and raw tea tree oils for the skin. It causes drying and itchiness and not very good for it.
