Love yourself. it took me years to recover. dentist appt. are SO FAR apart but each visit is healing. get a haircut. makeup and new under clothes made of feel clean and pure again. new clothes even if they come from Goodwill. dont like the reputation you've earned at his hand? change it! think positivly about your future self. set goals, short and long . . .come on women! pitch in for our sister in need. @Shellbelle: True beauty comes frm within. It doesnt matter if ur a beauty queen on the outside...if ur a total b**** on the inside, it takes away frm ur outer beauty. Gf, i saw ur pic and u are beautiful. Omg, u got those natural rosey cheeks *jealous* i wud so love to hv them. I hv been in abusive relationships as well and i know how ur feeling. Dnt let it change who u are inside. Thats wat matters most. A true love will look past these things and love u for the person u are deep dwn inside. Regardless of wat has hapnd, ur still very beautiful...inside and out. Remind urself of this evryday.

yep...and pamper youself everyday. Do your nails give yourself a pedicure take a nice hot bath with candles and wine if you like wine. Play some soothing music while you do love yourself youre worth millions!
